Which payment methods are accepted?

Currently we accept payment via Credit Card, Debit Card and PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

Our estimated delivery times are:

  • Victoria: 3- 5 business day appox.
  • New South Wales: 4 – 8 business days approx.
  • South Australia: 4 – 8 business days approx.
  • ACT: 4 – 8 business days approx.
  • Queensland: 7 – 10 business days approx.
  • Western Australia: 7 – 10 business days approx.
  • Tasmania: 7 – 10 business days approx.
  • Northern Territory: 7 – 10 business days approx.

Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).

We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners can guarantee.

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email from our store with a receipt for your order. In the case that you don’t receive one, be sure to check your junk email! If that’s not come through, we’re just an email away from sorting out the issue.

Once we’ve received your order and the payment has been cleared, your hammock will be on its way!

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes! Once you order, expect to see a receipt for purchase arrive in your email inbox. Be sure to check your junk mail as well.
