Any hammock you buy with us will be delivered to you 100% free of shipping costs. Think of it as our way of saying thank you!
How long does delivery take?
Due to COVID-19, couriers are experiencing some delays with deliveries. Delivery times may vary from the standard times listed below:
- Victoria: 3- 5 business day appox.
- New South Wales: 4 – 8 business days approx.
- South Australia: 4 – 8 business days approx.
- ACT: 4 – 8 business days approx.
- Queensland: 7 – 10 business days approx.
- Western Australia: 7 – 10 business days approx.
- Tasmania: 7 – 10 business days approx.
- Northern Territory: 7 – 10 business days approx.
Delivery time only starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1 working day after receipt of cleared payment).
We are unable to guarantee a delivery on any specific dates or times as this is not something our delivery partners can guarantee.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. That means that we’ll give you a full refund on your hammock if it is sent back within a 30 day period.
If your hammock is sent in error by buyhammocks.com.au, we will provide you with a prepaid mailing label to return the hammocks and give you a full refund of your purchase.
If your hammock was not sent in error by buyhammocks.com.au, we will provide a full refund of your purchase, not including shipping costs.
You must send the hammock back in its original condition to be able to claim a refund.
Buyhammocks.com.au offers a 12 month warranty on all hammocks on defects in workmanship or materials.
Our warranty does not cover weather-related damage, animal damage or any damage incurred by negligence (rough treatment etc.).
Your hammock may deteriorate in the outside weather. We recommend not leaving your hammock outside for extended periods. If you choose to do so, we recommend usage of a hammock protector.
